An agentic clinician dashboard for behavior-aware chronic care
Developed a human-in-the-loop pipeline that transforms patient narratives from online health communities into behavior-focused archetypes. These archetypes inform an agentic clinician dashboard that places behavioral summaries alongside clinical data to support shared decision-making.
