An AI workshop ends, and the advice stays in the room. I design the product people take back to their desks.

Ainigma is an AI consultancy that helps companies put AI to work. After one of its workshops, everyone goes back to their desk with nowhere to keep what they learnt.

Ainigma Studio is that place. Each client team gets its own space: a short self-assessment to find their starting point, learning that fits where they are, and the prompts and tools to use on real client work.

I'm its product designer. I design it end to end, build it as a working prototype, and write the specifications the CTO builds the product from.

At one client, all 73 people who signed up were using it within 2 weeks, and 78% came back in the last 30 days.
