I design and build AI products end-to-end — research, prototyping, enough code to ship the real thing myself, and the analytics and iteration once it's live. I've shipped enterprise AI platforms, architected LLM pipelines, and designed clinician dashboards and VR therapy interfaces. My approach: prototype fast, think in systems, stay until it ships — then keep iterating on what the data shows.

Work Experience

Ainigma (Gen AI Consultancy) Oct 2025 — Present
AI Product Designer Bangalore, India
  • Engineered a workflow-builder prototype and demo narrative within a compressed RFP window, directly contributing to a secured enterprise engagement worth $1M/year over 3 years.
  • Architected multi-agent pipelines that reduced AI use-case extraction effort by 95%, cutting processing time from 7 days to 90 minutes, and deployed single-purpose agents to structure 141 client use cases in 3 hours versus 5 days of manual work.
  • Owned UX and rapid prototyping of an enterprise AI B2B SaaS product, designing the learning experience, decision logic, and a personalized learning-path system with a command bar for knowledge-base routing. Partnered with the CEO to translate vision into buildable UI prototypes in Lovable, handing off to the CTO for build within 2-day AI sprints.
  • Transformed a 15-page client editorial rulebook into a 5-prompt automated workflow, eliminating an estimated 2–3 weeks of manual work and accelerating production by 15–22x.
  • Built and deployed a suite of Claude skills to standardize outputs and automate meeting debriefs, including a verification agent for client-facing notes that achieved 86% safety compliance across cross-model evaluations.
Erasmus Medical Center (EMC) Mar 2025 — Sep 2025
UX Designer Rotterdam, Netherlands
  • Designed a clinician-facing dashboard prototype surfacing behavioral insights alongside clinical data, validated with clinicians through expert walkthroughs.
  • Built a human-in-the-loop LLM analysis pipeline across 264K+ patient narratives, surfacing goals, motivations, and barriers as traceable, clinician-validated archetypes.
  • Created a roadmap using systems-thinking approach to outline AI-driven care pathways through 2040, establishing a strategic direction for future healthcare solutions.
DesignThinkers Academy Sep 2024 — Mar 2025
Service Designer Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • Led the development of an AI-integrated design thinking framework that enhanced client engagement, leading to its adoption in 8+ facilitation sessions.
  • Conducted an international masterclass in Dubai for six senior professionals, guiding them through hands-on exercises with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney; participants reported increased confidence in applying AI to design projects.
Philips Jan 2022 — Dec 2022
UX Designer Bangalore, India
  • Created and presented a scalable CPR training service to over 100 Philips designers, securing internal approval for broader implementation.
  • Engineered and tested 6+ prototypes of the Philips HeartStart defibrillator, utilizing A/B testing methodologies that enhanced usability by 25% through improved physical ergonomics and interface optimization.
  • Part of the 'Red Dot: Design Team of the Year 2022', demonstrating excellence in human-centered medical design.
